AD Baltic has a new HR manager
Starting 24 January 2019, Asta Bakaveckienė will assume the position of HR manager at AD Baltic.
With an education in law, Asta Bakaveckienė has been specialising in labour law and managing human resources for over fifteen years. Asta spent the past six years at FL Technics, a member of the Avia Solutions Group, where she worked as the deputy HR manager. Prior to that, Asta taught labour law and administrative law at Mykolas Romeris University and Vilnius University of Applied Sciences.
In introducing herself to her new colleagues, Ms Bakaveckienė emphasizes that “the growth of AD Baltic in recent years is the best evidence of the competence and potential of the people working here, but in order to continue growing successfully, the team has to grow as well, and we have to become more motivated!” The new HR manager has set herself the task of doing everything in her powers over the next 1–2 years to make AD Baltic one of the best employers in the Baltic countries.
Rita Stonienė, who was previously in charge of personnel at AD Baltic, left the company in November 2018.
